Due to differences in screen settings and natural materials, product colors, wood grain, finishes, and textures may vary slightly from photographs and renderings.

4. Custom Orders

Custom cabinetry, design work, and made-to-order products are created specifically for each customer.

Once a custom order has entered production:

  • Orders cannot be canceled.
  • Products cannot be returned.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Changes after approval may incur additional charges and extend project timelines.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all drawings, dimensions, and specifications before production begins.

5. Design Services

Our design packages may include:

  • Floor plans
  • 3D renderings
  • Material selections
  • Cabinet layouts
  • Design consultations

Design concepts are intended to help visualize a project and may differ slightly from the final installation due to construction conditions, field measurements, manufacturer specifications, or material availability.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Payment is due at the time specified during checkout or as outlined in your project estimate.

For custom projects, deposits may be required before work begins.

Failure to make scheduled payments may delay production or installation.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery dates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

Delays caused by:

  • Manufacturers
  • Freight carriers
  • Weather
  • Material shortages
  • Labor shortages
  • Circumstances beyond our control

do not constitute grounds for cancellation or damages.

Customers are responsible for inspecting deliveries immediately upon arrival.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Gift Cards

Gift cards:

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
  • Are non-refundable.
  • Are not replaceable if lost or stolen.

  • Installation delays beyond our control

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Manufacturer warranties apply where available.

Any workmanship warranty provided by Bacallao Design Center will be described in your project agreement.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation by third parties, water damage, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications are not covered.
